I spent years telling myself the paper could wait, that I’d deal with it “later,” once life slowed down. But life never did. It was always too full: raising kids, managing the home, handling "All The Things"... all the while the paper kept piling up.
Then came the wake-up call.
When my mom passed, I had to sort through her boxes of paper. That’s when it hit me: If I didn’t do something, my kids would be left with mine.
I tried everything. Nothing worked.
Printables, planners, blog articles, challenges, videos — it was always the same cycle: start strong, get overwhelmed, burn out.
I didn’t need more tips. I needed something that could finally solve the whole problem — and last.
Then I found what made the difference.

What happens During the Retreat
Here’s how your 6 hour session will unfold — no stress, no overwhelm, just progress.
Morning Session
We’ll start with an overview of the paper decluttering framework. Then, you’ll be guided step-by-step as you begin making high-impact decisions by filling out the paper surveys — all in real time, with live support.
Co-working Sessions
Then we will move into a decluttering session, confidently getting rid of what can go! After this session, you will start to see real progress because you took the time to lay the groundwork with the surveys. It’s only going to get better from here! There will be two more decluttering sessions and one sorting session with alternating breaks.
Recharging Rest Stops
Four built-in breaks that include food/ hydration reminders, troubleshooting roadblocks, and live Q&A. This is also where the fun stuff happens… We celebrate the progress you're making, I share real strategies to keep you focused, and we’ll recharge with some random exciting giveaways! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to stay the whole 6 hours?
This is a live-only experience... there will be No Replays. It's highly recommended to stay the whole time so you receive the training that is going to set you up for success beyond the retreat. If you start to get tired take a short break but continue to listen and learn (like a podcast) even if you have stopped co-working.
What if I can’t finish all my papers in one session?
One box of papers can take up to 1 hour to sort so you may not be able to finish all of your paper in one day. The paper didn't accumulate overnight so it's reasonable for it to take some time to sort through it all. However, after the retreat you will have all the tools/training to continue on your own, plus 4 weeks of email support. If you feel that you still need further support, you can purchase as many retreats as you want to complete your paper project with live guidance, the accountability of co-working, and the excitement of celebrating wins together (& enjoying the giveaways!).
How is this different from printables or courses I’ve tried before?
A live, guided experience isn’t left to chance… It is structured in a way that energizes you to take action and keeps you motivated to make real progress.
Will this work if I have YEARS of backlog?
Yes. This is what The Paper Retreat Experience was created for! After struggling with 10 years of my own backlog, I wanted to give others the live support I didn’t have so you can achieve results faster and easier.
Do I need to prep anything before the retreat?
Yes. The preparation suggestions along with extra tips and guidelines for expectations, are provided in your confirmation email. In a condensed list to prepare for your retreat: gather your paper, prep your work area, and gather office supplies you will want to use.
Can I skip the paper surveys?
The paper surveys are designed to eliminate decision fatigue and help make decisions about your paper before you begin. Completing these surveys saves you hours of time later because you know exactly what to keep, what to toss, and what to archive. When you have done the
pre-work you will move quickly and confidently.
